You may assign work to the employee either directly or via his/her manager. You can communicate with the employee and the employees manager in many ways: any instant messenger, email, you will also be able to call the employee toll free. STEP 3: Reporting We will provide a daily summary of our performance. This will make it easy for you to monitor the progress. The report will be sent to you and the employees manager. Our managers will keep in touch with you and make sure everything goes according to schedule. STEP 4: Evaluation After the first week has passed, we recommend that you evaluate our initial performance, and draw attention to any misunderstandings, thereby making sure that our future cooperation will run smoothly and become prosperous. We encourage you to be very frank and direct in your feedback so that we swiftly can define and quell all errors.
