Scott Peterson Verdict In -- Guilty or not Guilty?

1 hour away from a Verdict...is he guilty or not? I think he did it and needs to burn in hell!:321GFY

Veterans Day 11-12-2004 12:45 PM

guilty

Donny 11-12-2004 12:51 PM

I don't think there is enough concrete evidence to convict him. For the integrity of our legal system I think he must be found not guilty.

Innocent until proven guilty.

I don't think guilt has been proven.

vas 11-12-2004 12:53 PM

too much circumstantial evidence agianst him...

a little bit of circumstancial evidence is not enough to convict but there is too much on him...

but they did let OJ off the hook and there was far more evidence on him then on this peterson guy....

DarkBob 11-12-2004 12:54 PM

Not Guilty

I'm going with the satantic cult theory

Matt 26z 11-12-2004 12:58 PM

Guilty, but then there will be a new trial.

Nader 11-12-2004 12:59 PM

Guilty - for sure

kenny 11-12-2004 01:00 PM

Guilty as a mofo

Although they had one of the old jurors said he was leaning towards acquittal

Regardless, I am glad it's over with

yeah no shit... and i know the circumstances surrounding the 2 are different, im just saying you never know, OJ was guilty as shit and he walked.

The speed with which the jury convicted him means that the verdict must be guilty. This isn't a jury angry about racial issues, and he obviously did it.

Most people would be surprised to learn that people who commit murder are usually convicted on circumstantial evidence, usually much thinner than in this case.

Looks like things won't be working out for Scott afterall, but he may go free while on apeal and skip the country yet.

41 reasons for the police to think he did it....

80 miles away from there house, he goes fishing, and the same bay they find his wife and there un born baby right by where he was fishing? hmmm

If he gets off, he will be killed very quickly, and that is what he really deserves, our legal system sucks dick....

Bring a high profile lawyer on, and get off like OJ....

Justice...what is that?

MikeHawk 11-12-2004 01:06 PM

That court room is going to be nuts, in 55 min......

So sad..:(

KC 11-12-2004 01:13 PM

Guilty...

a) Who goes fishing in the Bay. (It's fucking dirty water)
b) Who goes fishing on Christmas in the bay?
c) Who's dead wife turns up in the same body of water in which the innocent husband went fishing?

I think it was probably an accident... He was beating the shit out of her and "accidentally" threw her ass down the stairs and killed her.. then he decided to cover it up.

Guilty - Life in Prison.

cypocrypt 11-12-2004 01:15 PM

i personally think the guy is guilty as hell but i but i have a nasty feeling it will end up with a hung jury proving one more time that our judicial system needs an enema

Lonny 11-12-2004 01:16 PM

im saying not guilty just for the fact that the calif system sucks.

That is the easiest argument to refute. The bodies weren't found for months after the entire world knew where he went fishing. It would be easy to plant a body in that area if a person was trying to frame him.

And why in the world would he tell police where he went fishing if he took his wife there to dump her body? I know I'd personally want them as far away from the site as possible.

Do I think he's guilty? He probably is... but I don't think "beyond a reasonable doubt" has been accomplished. I have some pretty reasonable doubts.

without knowing much about the case, I'd say GUILTY just because I'd hope Americans would not stand to let the OJ Simpson fiasco happen again.

Fake Nick 11-12-2004 01:25 PM

guilty , no doubt, :)

MikeHawk 11-12-2004 02:16 PM

JURY SAYS HE IS GUILTY AS A MOTHER FUCKER...BURN IN HELL SCOTT PETERSON...YOU FUCK

Poppy 11-12-2004 02:19 PM

Pretty funny he was arrested at Torrey Pines Golf course in San Diego, where I play occassionally.

Dyes his hair and has $10k worth of cash in the trunk...hmm???
