They will have this same jury come back last week of the month to hear input from both sides then they will get the case to deliberate again on Nov 30 according to the Judge's estimate.

He didn't look too surprised when they read the verdict... From what I've read and followed it's nothing but justice.

His family had a little bit of money, but Mark Geragos wasn't doing this for the money. The money he makes is from the other high profile celeb clients he gets by keeping himself in the media, plus he seems like a typical attention whore.

I hope the verdict stands. I do think he's guilty but I believe the situation with the jury is going to be problematic. There is definitely an appeal coming and I think they will have a lot to work with, esp. if he's given death in the penalty phase. Either way, I suppose we're going to be hearing his name for quite a while.

thats why its rumored he is relieving himself of the case cause scott has run out of funds? PLEASE, Geragos is a fuckin loser who didnt even sow up to the court house today.

Geragos has never been in court on Fridays. He told the judge when all this started that he couldn't be there on Fridays, so that's nothing new. For what he charges, I doubt he's been getting funds from Scott Peterson for a long, long time. I'm not trying to defend him, btw. I think he's a complete ass who doesn't give a shit about this case- just getting his camera time. You wait and see- he'll be around for the appeal. He'll have to be.
