He will lose. Only if it can be proved that he alone was responsible
for the breakup and the husband never did anything to cause it himself ie....fight,belittle,holdback affection or abuse in any way.

You may be surprised about the outcome of that suit.

Remember the burglar that fell throught the sunlight window of the house?? He broke his arm on the counter. And when the suit was done, he won a 100k settlement.
