I saw something on Oprah last month about how organs look like when you have abused them. They did an autopsy on a person who smoked and showed the damage to the lungs. I have been a social smoker for 14 years and that episode got to me. I am currently trying to quick but I will have a half a cig if I get too drunk. But that is really good for me. And I do feel better. Plus, I think it?s a new fade not to smoke. Plus, plus, it?s too expensive.

just do it, quit
