Bullshit, there is no such thing in copyright as public domain UNLESS the image was produced by the government, or the photographer/artist has died, or has stated that they give up all rights to the image. Technically, pradaboy can issue a c and d order to the host, and have the image removed. However, legal costs for copyright infringement would be very high, and proof of damages would be difficult.

sure, he could sue u. but for what damages? and how would he know who you are? and what court would hear it?

u cant just sue someone and it happens, there's a process, and im sure when he asks a lawyer, they'll laugh. it would cost them much more in court time then he could ever possibly get in damages.
