Where do I get the Chameleon Submitter recip database
 

I can't find it anywhere on the site.

You have to use the program itself, click on Database, then update, then let it run.
When you get to the FTP Upload step, you will be able to upload them to your server

It should be in the program, not on the site.

Hmm, I did that, but it never gave me an option to upload anything. Any idea on how to do it again?

I am going to refer you back to that post when you get it.

Once I get to the FTP Upload step, I connect and I click on Upload Recips, then I get this message: "The destination folder does not exist. Do you want to create it?"
I click on No, and I upload the recips manually using Chameleon.

Hmm, I get the error that says "No recip folder is set for this server." ANy idea how to fix that?

No, I did not find out how to get rid of that error too, I just click no and synchronize the folders manually

Ah, I found the recip folder and now I am uploading them manually. Hopefully this'll work. Thanks a lot for your help, I appreciate it. :thumbsup
