I see there are now multiple threads concerning some young chick who was on America's Most Wanted, no idea what for, but she was in Vegas, beginning a porn career - we tried to book her through Skin City Models about a month ago, the Vegas guy told us to forget her cuz she was already flaking on jobs in LA.

Next she popped up on Cherry Modeling as a new model in LA - so we booked her for two shoots last week. My shooter called me as he usually does every day and told me he had a nightmare of a day - he asked as always for the talents' ID' and this girl whats her face handed over some ID's that just didn't look right - Marco told her to chill while he made a call - he called the agency which is run by a chick - he told her 'I can't shoot this girl, these ID's aren't 2257 compliant, one is so blurred I can't make out what it is' - the agent acted like it was a nothing issue, told Marco he better shoot her, that those ID's were good enough for two big movie studios she had just shot for. Marco told he didn't give a shit about what they do but he's not going to risk 5 years in jail nor put his customers in legal jeopardy. Then the agent started getting nasty and screaming and shit. The shoot was cancelled - the lost day cost alot of money - the agent couldn't give a shit about that.

I've already seen one content provider on here, one other website owned by Nasty Dollars, two big movie studios who shot a girl with OBVIOUS bullshit ID's - if you want to stay legal do business with professionals.

I don't even tell my customers about other shenanigans I hear about.

Mutt I have always campaigned that people get 2257 info to keep them out of jail. Problem is it means checking the ID and and model release and that could take at least 5 minutes.

If in doubt kick her out, is my motto.

thanks - i wasn't really spamming - well not much - but the point is that we are extremely careful about ID's, valid up to date HIV/STD testing etc etc

people can go chase lower priced shooters - dont care - i know some of the shenanigans to get those low prices and we don't do it - I couldn't give people the newest girls consistently if we did things a different way and seems that's what most people care about is new fresh girls.

not saying we're the only people who are careful or above board - i send lots of people to other shooters if I dont think i'm going to be a match for them for whatever reason.

Your point about ensuring that IDs are 'legitimate' before proceeding with a model is an important and very good reminder.

However, while I am not a lawyer, I do believe you're stepping into dangerous legal waters when you publicly intimate that other businesses are NOT 2257 compliant without any proof.

Unless I am mistaken, you have absolutely no idea as to what was offerered for ID to the other producers. They may have been provided legitimate ID (where you were not).

the girl is a fugitive of justice - do you think there's a chance in hell she presented a valid ID to any producer? she didn't for us and she didn't to them. we didn't shoot her, they did.

please, her content will be down off every site she's on and any DVD that's made with her on it will be destroyed. what about 2257 don't YOU understand? 2257 requirements are written for all to see in black and white - she presented ID's that my shooter knew instantly weren't 2257 compliant, there is no GRAY area with 2257, zero.

but ya know, if any of the companies want to post scans of the two pieces of ID this girl did present them and if they are 2257 compliant I'll give them $1,000 right here.
