DIET/SOBRIETY: Day 15 - Down 9lbs.
I had a tough time at the holiday party on Saturday night. Had to leave after an hour. A bottle of Jack started talking to me.
Diet: Loose version of South Beach. No carbs is tough but trying to stick with it. Workout: 45mins Mon-Fri weights at 530am. Alternating upper/lower body. Exercise - heart starters during the day (Mon-Sun but not strict on weekends): 9am - 300 jumping jacks 10am - 70 pushups 11am - 150 situp - 100 leg lifts 12pm - 300 jumping jacks 1pm - 50 pushups 2pm - 100 situps - 50 leg lifts 3pm - 150 jumping jacks Pants are fitting loose. |
congrats, im not for those trendy diets. but its good to see you're working out also. if you keep it up you're bound to get into great shape, just make sure you dont over do it.
