Did Scott Petterson get a fair trial?
 

If you followed the case you had to notice there was not much evidence and he gets convicted. Now he gets the death penalty, wtf? The man was convicted by the media before the damn trial. Am I the only one that is pissed? And why did this trial get so much publicity when I am sure Laci is not the first pregnant woman to get murdered.

yeah he's innocent NOT!... the guy shows no emotion in court and even after being guilty and receive the death penalty he doesn't one just up and say I DIDN'T DO IT!!! yeah that's definitely and innocent man... he got what he deserved.

I don't believe he did get a fair trial, all you heard for months before he went to trial was what a son of a bitch he was.

I think the biggest thing that took him down was those phone calls. The way he nonchelantly carried on with Amber, the flippant way he reacted to voicemail about something found not being Laci, lying to his mother about where he was...

The fact that his alibi put him at the scene of the crime was just icing on his guilty cake.

All signs point to guilty!!! It would be a shame if he had gotten away with this. I mean how many people do the shit that he did. He stuffed his dead wife's body in a mattress and then went and dumped it in the dumpster. The stupid ass also went out to buy a new mattress. WHO DOES THAT????!!! If he didnt want a baby or a wife.....why the fuck did he get married and not cover his dick?? This guy had it comming to him. He could have asked for a divorce but instead 2 innocent people are dead. what a fucken Jerk!

even the biggest scumbag in the world is entitled to a fair trial...

our system is supposed to be based upon the theory it's better to let 10 guilty men go free than one man be wrongly prosecuted.

Do I think he did it? Yes, but he is still enttitled to a fair trial. If we make an exception for one man or woman, we have to make an exception for them all...

Hell no!! It was the most horrible miscarrage of justice ever!!

I think that he is guilty. Just like OJ, but he did not get a fair trial. I read somewhere that they could not really find a cause of death, and there was no murder weapon. So how did they find him guilty??

The media did that for them.
