You promised me a refund then danced around it, refusing to pay me. That's what happened. It's that simple.

The log shows clearly I did hit you up on ICQ. It's an ICQ log. I hit you up numerous times and you always had excuses why you can't pay.

I didn't go to the board until after you froze my traffic and refused to issue the refund.
