to save it always comes up as .bmp

how can i get it back to jpeg

clear your cache and restart your browser

how do you clear your cache with IE

Extra - Internet options - remove temp files

1) You go to "TOOLS" at the top menu bar
2) "INTERNET OPTIONS"
3) "DELETE COOKIES" - "OK"
4) "DELETE FILES" - check the box - "OK"
5) "CLEAR HISTORY" - "YES"
6) Set the history days to "0"
7) Close IE and then open it new

...You're good-to-go! :thumbsup

Tools --> Internet Options --> delete temporary Internet files
