I just got over this damn Flu which I had for two weeks.
All I can say it get to the doc and get anti-biotics(pills) and get some vitamin C into you.

Might be a good time to park up in bed and strap on an extender :weihnacht

ugh i took some pills a few hours ago - knocked me out .. i woke up just hazy but my nose was clear and like 15 min later it is back to being stuffy :( i hope it isnt a flu

I had galric herb chicken breast for dinner with green tea and honey

drink plenty of water and have a shot of brandy , will help.

Yup. Cut up a couple of fresh cloves in to small peices and swallow it like a pill.

i have a jar of pre cut garlic ... i used it on the chicken toinght and that helped for a little

I just got over a horrible virus yesterday and I woke up today with some kind of head cold or sinus infection. I took two Sudafed and four ibuprofen an hour or two ago and it's definitely helped.
