You already offer hosted galleries to your affiliates so they can load up their TGPs, so why not offer hosted freesites so your affiliates can load up their linklists too? Linklists get tons of SE traffic. And rumour has it that SE traffic converts pretty well. Plus, linklist owners love hosted freesites!

They're fairly basic in design. Same simple structure. Good for regular webmasters who are building and submitting but not sure if programs would want that. :2 cents:
