I ordered content at skanmedia last Sunday; they charged my creditcard but they didn't deliver the content yet. I have tried to contact them but they don't reply to my emails which is very annoying. I have a phone number but I get an answering machine.

Could anyone in Germany call this number (answering machine) and translate what they are saying: +49 461 8888-666

it says that they are on vacation from December 20th until January 7th. Further you can use the form on the website for questions and if it is very, very urgent they give a mobile phone number 0151/16 13 1030. If you use this, you have to dial 0049-151-16131030.
