may be some onecan help me on that... in triying to figure how ccbill returns the 5% six months Holdback , ccbill sends a check for the total of those six months?

its added to your weekly payout check. So each week you get the 5% holdback in your check from 6 months before.... if you have got to that point yet.

Hmm, I didn't know that they added that back after 6 months. So how can we write off those ccbill fees if we are paid that back in 6 months etc? Or is this only for program owners?

Its not a fee since they pay it back. Its for program owners.
