Is there any place u can report Phishing emails?
 

I dont care about spam, I just delete it

But these Paypal phishing emails are getting more sophisticated every day

I nearly got done myself... and I just dont get caught by those sort of things normally

Any place u can report this stuff that may actually do something about it?

paypal i guess. if you scroll over the url you will get the ip you can lookup the ip against arin database or contact that server company and forward that email and have them shut down.

Its APNIC.... a Chinese server
