Anyone went thru the whole procedure? I have sent them the request form on Friday, they got back with message like "we will contact you once the verification process is completed". How much does it takes?

In my experience with them, they are VERY slow at everything.

I wonder what kind of things could take a few days in "verification process". Im sure raising the limit is only a couple of clicks in their admin interface...

I don't know about "everything" but I'm 3 days into trying to process a refund and no further on than I was early Thursday morning. And that's after emails to 2 departments, phone calls and a post here.

This is the first time I have needed anything out of the ordinary since getting the card and it took KK's help to break the log jam on the setup. So EP are batting zero with me so far. Very unimpressed.
