NATS - Thank Yous and Some Appologies Too

Everyone from NATS (myself, Charlie, Fabian, Boris, and Valerie) had a great time at this year's Vegas Internext. Some great new friendships formed as well as some old friendships becoming even stronger. 2005 is going to be a very exciting year for both us and the industry as a whole. We'd like to take a few minutes to give some thanks and make a few appologies also.

The two seminars we conducted on the 5th turned out extremely well. We were able to show many people our system and what it can do. A lot of people learned NATS is not only a cascading billing system but much much more. It is an affiliate backend system which handles everything an affiliate program needs. Some great questions were asked and some great feedback given. These seminars have provided us with both new ideas and better ways to do some of the things we already do. NATS is an always evolving always improving product and we thank everyone who attended and gave their input. We would also like to extend a congrats to Mr. Skin for being our winner of a free lifetime license of NATS. I'm very excited to see what they will do with this second copy of our software.

We had a great time sharing the suites upstairs at the Player's Ball with both Mensniche and Merchant Solutions. A lot of fun was had by all and it is certainly a night we will all remember. The atmosphere was great and everyone from NATS enjoyed partying with both those who we know well, and those who we were meeting for the first time. It was also enjoyable to meet the "better half" of many of the people who we work with and being able to show them an enjoyable evening. Everyone should support the extneded family of NATS by joining and suppporting the programs who use our software. They are the ones who allowed us to get to where we are and sponsor such a fun night.

As enjoyable, exciting, and productive of a week as it was there are also some appologies due.

We were busy at our booth on a constant basis. Boris was giving demonstrations of the system virtually from the first minute of the show floor to the last. Becuase of this a few people may have not had the opportunity for some one on one face time with us or a better look at our system. We're sorry if we did not get the chance to sit and speak with you. We are always available Mon through Fri 10am to 6pm at the office via phone or instant message and myself and others are always available during off hours also via instnat message. If you ever have any questions or would like to discuss anything one on one we are always available.

Unfortunately we had to close down the open bar we had running at Player's Ball earlier than we would have like to becuase of the actions of a few people. Some people don't know how to simply enjoy the night, have some drinks and a good time and their actions had to change the night a bit for everyone there.

I would like to also appologize to everyone for the way the security at Player's Ball was handled. We are aware a number of our guests who we were really hoping to spend some time with were unable to get in. As aware of the situation as we were we unforutnately had no control over it. We will make sure next year we will have full control of everything at our party.

Overall the show was a great experience and has helped us form new relationships and helped the NATS family grow. We will all be back in the office on Monday at 10am with the exception of Charlie who will be back on the 17th. We're excited to speak with everyone we saw at the show whether it was the first time or the 100th time we've met, and also those who we did not have the opportunity to meet who may be wanting to speak with us.

May everyone have a prosperous and exciting 2005.

Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet up, man!

Super busy and crazy show!

:winkwink:

I read the first paragraph. Glad you and everyone else had a blast.

SykkBoy 01-08-2005 07:16 PM

Sorry I missed you John, but we can always chat on ICQ ;-)
I did get to meet Charlie and briefly met Boris.

The Player's Ball mishaps aren't a big issue...the fact we use and love your software at EGC and it makes our program stronger is more important than a couple missed drinks at a party....

Thanks for the hard work you guys put into your software, which makes our program run smoother and better.

John, I am so thankful for the support you have given the Players Ball over the last 2 years, not 1, but 2 years. So first of all, huge thanks for coming back again.

I was putting out fires all night, I'm not happy with the management and security of the venue this year. Last year they were great, this year, new management and same security. Just know that our team was well prepared but we were almost powerless the night of the event. They even messed up my table charts downstairs.

Overall, it was the best Players Ball ever.

Everyone who uses NATS raves about how great their affiliate tracking system really is. And any company that invests that kind of money to take care of their customers and tries to win over potential customers with a main sponsorship at the Players Ball is worth giving your business to.

Thanks again guys, John and Charlie are the best. I'll be in touch in the next couple of days, I'm still in Vegas.

I was sorry to hear that too. Makingcoin and I had just gotten a table full of drinks from the paid bar when some asshole (that was already kicked out twice I hear) decided he wanted all of them and when i said no, he decided to start grabbing me instead and was going to beat up Makingcoin just to get to me. He ended up missing Makingcoin and hitting me in the arm. I was having a great time until that happened. Sorry it had to ruin eveyones night.
:Oh crap

Hey Shortbread. Myself, Charlie, Lensman, and a number of others had problems with the same guy. We had the guy removed several times but unfortunately as we said the security at the venue was not the greatest and he found his way back in again. Also a few other people were starting to get a little agressive. It was not in anyway your fault or Makingoin's or his girlfriend's. We felt at that point that we needed to get control of the situtation rather than it continue to get worse. I hope you guys still enjoyed the night.

Hey John,
I had a great time, and my wife Mary and I wanted to say thanks. We ran into a few of the yahoo's but we also met and hung with some great people.

So "Thank You" to You, Charlie, Fabian, Valerie, and Boris. We are hoping you all made it home safe, and that Charlie enjoys his cruise. We also look forward to finishing up our project together, and I can't wait to show off one of your new endeavors.

Talk to you soon.

John,

I want to say thanks for a GREAT time at the party, I appreciate the good time you showed myself and my girlfriend. You, Charlie, Fabian, Boris, and Valerie were great host to a really fun event!

Also, I want to tell you guys again, how much you product has helped our program! NATS is by far the best business decision we made last year, and all of the features and new abilities that is gives us, lets me know that 2005 will be an even better year for us!

Charlie,

I had a great time talking to you all night at the circle bar as well. It's nice to know that you will listen to your customers ideas and find a way to work with almost any ideas we can think of!

NATS is #1!

I agree. :)

Thanks for everything John, it was great to see you again and meet the rest of the NATS staff. I half expected to have one of them take a swing at me when we met for the first time, due to all of the questions we ask about the NATS install, but all of your staff were very nice. :)

FreshChecks 01-09-2005 01:52 PM

Makingcoin's girlfriend=Shortbread=me. Yes I still enjoyed the night and meeting a bunch of people. Best night by far, even with a crazy story to tell!

The Bootyologist 01-09-2005 09:58 PM

damn sounds like you had some real drama

Screaming 01-09-2005 10:02 PM

great, sounds like everyone had a great time!!!!

uno 01-09-2005 11:12 PM

John, it was a great night and you did your best to make things go as smoothly as possible. Everyone I know enjoyed the show whether in your suite, upstairs, or downstairs. It was good all around. I even managed to set up a bunch of business amongst the noise and booze. All the problems I saw at the party were security based and I'm sure everyone realizes that. Thanks for sponsoring yet another insane night!

This year is going to be a great one for business and I know you have some more big things coming out. Hit me on aim when you can, I'd like to schedule a conference call.
