I think a lot of online business still has a lot of room to grow. Half of america is still on dialup, once more of these people get on broadband It is a lot easier to sell them entertainment, software, products.. and since they can browse a lot more sites faster.. there are more opportunities to advertise to each individual.

Might not be the biggest but I would say Search Engines.

There's lots of room for improvements and its clear that everyone needs to search for something out there...
