If you want an epassporte account, why not just join a program and promote it to get your epassporte? (just curious)

Not sure, but I believe that time is a factor here.

1. If you want to join a program, you need to show one of your sites to them.

2. If you want to build a site, you need to have some money.

3. If you want to earn some money, you need to have an epassporte account to accept the earnings + you can buy hosting & domain with epass.
