PUBLIC APOLOGY: I'll be the first to admit it; I dropped the ball!
I was an idiot and offered discount design/print packages for Internext. Although 95% of the orders were completed and delivered on time, the 5% that didn't make it REALLY PISS ME OFF!!! :mad:
I want to send out a public apology to those who didn't receive their cards in time or the ones who had shipping errors. I will no longer be offering discounted design/print since my prices are already extremely low as-is. After aging 10 years and growing grey because of all the undue stress, I cannot accept super, extreme, order-2-days before the conference rush jobs. If you give me a week I can work miracles. My problem is that I didn't want to turn anyone down and ended up fucking myself in the process. I have worked out the issues with the 5% and I hope this doesnt portray how I do business. There are tons of people out there that know I do good business when I have the proper timeline to work with. Thanks for your understanding and this will not happen again! Rob |

My biggest pet peeve is people not taking responsibility for their actions, so it's good to see someone who will.
I don't mind people making mistakes, it's those that make excuses about it or don't learn from it that will never get my business or my referrals. As this thread goes to show, someone who'll step up and admit to making a mistake, is gonna receive a LOT more business than they'll ever lose. Props to you :thumbsup |
