Not all teas have caffeine, if you don't want just look for caffeine free tea.

I drink coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon and evening

Tea keeps you awake and motivated but is not as strong as coffee so you don't get all jittery. Also, tea doesnt give you nasty coffee breath
