Kids from like england or something that are so bad that their parents don't know what to do with them (16-17 y/o's) so they send them to this program where they basically are in hell lol...They loose all rights and all privaleges...They are in the middle of no where so running away is pointless and they have a bloodhound to find them when they try...Right now they are making them remove all the body jewerly...They said either the kid can remove it or they will remove it with plyers...
