Google Paris Keywords Compliance Audit Coming - Heads Up

Hi-

Last time this happened, several webmasters were unhappy and this is a courtesy head's up regarding misuse and deceptive linking within Google's spidered links for Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon Sex Video related keywords and in general too.

There are 2 main issues that will be addressed very shortly and will result in lost placements for some.

1) Misuse of images extracted from: XPays marketing materials, The Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon Sex Video, and TrustFundGirls. ie. one uses language and OUR COPYRIGHTED IMAGES on one's landing(s) and sends the consumer to an unrelated site. The "bait and switch".

2) Deceptive Language and Copy promising the video and/or images derived from the Paris Hilton and Rick Salomon Sex Video, again leading to an unrelated site.

There are numerous links indexed that use the video to solicit sales to one's own paysites as well. Only TrustFundGirls, and http://HotelHeiress.com have the copyrights and the video is obviously NOT PUBLIC DOMAIN. http://XPays.com has the exclusive rights to distribute the video over a network. Hard/Physical goods sellers like CE, EpicCash, Mallcom, PeCash etc. are licensed through RedLightDistrict for tangibles. Only the boxcover front and back are officially permitted images btw.

Google has been and will be very cooperative as usual and the next sweep will happen following manual spidering of the indexed links over the next 48 hours.

I implore webmasters to fix their advertising so as to be 100% compliant and to contact cs @ xpays . com if you have questions.

We were able to get 2 out of dozens of webmasters unblocked last time this went down- but they never got back their #1's and #3's etc..

Consider the next 24 hrs to be an unofficial virtual amnesty becuase of this courtesy head's up. After the sweep occurs, there is sure to be some belly aching and again there are plenty of ways to get placement without cheating. Only infringing uses will be removed and there is no requirement as to what sponsor you use etc.. Simply put- use our content and play the bait and switch so you can scam some surfers- and pay the price. There is no need to cheat and our efforts increase the roi of XPays and legally operating non-XPays competition necessarily.

Sorry for being a longposter but the word just hit and you heard it here first!

If somebody wants to find the link to the last occurance- for proof of what is about to happen - please post it here. We do wish to avoid any confusion and are available by phone and email. I will check this thread as often as possible but please contact us directly should you have any questions to avoid board-lag.

XPays Contact Ph and Email are clearly posted at http://XPays.com

Good Luck and I am sure all the non-infringing advertisers will appreciate this next sweep.

a technical issue for even some totally whitehat seo's is your foreign redirect btw. links are checked in several countries. we had a situation of a webmaster being totally fine in the u.s. for example but they got delisted because the foreign surfers saw: "Paris Hilton <insert keywords> click here" and the page went to a dating site. The affiliate and sponsor were notified in writing and by phone and we spent a lot of time and money trying to get that webmaster unblocked even though he was not our affiliate. It was xxxjay btw which is public info from the thread here at gfy when it happened last.
