Adstats is redirecting their traffic to AFF
|
amazing that AFF would let someone who ripped the industry off for MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of dollars, including millions of surfers be an affiliate of theirs.
Should boycott AFF if they don't start keeping their earnings and split em up with the webmasters that are owed money by adstats. I guess I'll call AFF and ask em for my $200k :disgust |
We are investigating these allegations. Please e-mail me any info you have to the address in my signature.

"allegations" are you kidding?? Someone dig up those 10 dozen adstats screwing us over threads from Feb/march last year (2004)
|
People who got screwed by adstats had dozens of warnings, yet they chose to ignore it. You guys got burnt and deserved it.

So why don't you get a clue before saying shit like that :thumbsup here's one of dozens of threads Sagi: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...hlight=adstats |
|
I can't imagine AFF paying someone who hijacks affilaite codes once they become aware of it. All they would need is proof. Just saying it's so shouldn't be enough

While we are gravely concerned over the unscrupulous practices associated with this individual, we feel it's important to make a distinction between those practices and the methods used to promote our site, including up-stream traffic acquisition. I think everyone would agree that you can exercise control and impose rules over the way an affiliate promotes your sites. But, you quickly move into a grey area when you concern youself (as a receiving sponsor) with whatever else that person does -- not directly related to the sending of traffic your way.
With that said, we would like assure all of you that we DO NOT tolerate ANY violations of our affiliate T&C. And, if we find any violations, we will not hesitate to take the appropriate action. I urge all of you to separate your emotional position regarding this individual from the cold, hard, factual necessities of the law and of our rights within the law. Again, we have a right (and will not hesitate to exercise the right) to censure an affiliate who violates the rules IN CONNECTION WITH PROMOTING OUR SITES. But, we can't show up at this guy's house and bust him for not paying child support, bouncing checks, shoplifting or even stealing from our friends. |
don't you guys reserve the right to terminate affiliates though?

what the dork said. From your TOS: 16. Term; Termination The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. |

If you had an affiliate making tens of thousands a month, why would you terminate him? |

Anyone that has an issue with AdStats should get a lawyer and take it up with them not with other parties that do business with AdStats a year later. |

Who in here has contact info and would like to sue adstats? I personally would love to get my 10k back from them. |
