Most "new creations" from people with successful original ideas don't usually work out. :Oh crap

A lot of times the first episode of a show really sucks. It takes a little bit to learn the characters. I usually don't like a new show until I've seen 2-4 episodes. I didn't see the show tonight though so I don't really know.

Do you guys remember the Family Guy pilot? It was pretty sucky too.

I wasn't impressed by the show either, but I think it's cause our expectations are high cause it's by Seth McFarlane.

I think it's like Futurama. People weren't impressed at first because they compared it to The Simpsons. But it grew on people after a few episodes.

I was extremely disappointed in it. the first time I saw Family Guy I laughed my ass off, I didn't laugh at all during this show

didn't think it was that great. family guy is much, much better. and yes, simpsons really did suck tonight.

Hopefully next airing is way funnier. As a Family Guy addict, I was very disapointed!

I actually disagree, although it could have been better.. You're dissing it because you expected it to equal to Family Guy.. No cartoon in history can equate to family guy!
