Go to the drug store, buy a bottle of magnesium citrate, you'll find it with the laxatives.

Drink the entire bottle.

You'll be clean as a whistle in about two hours. Same stuff they'd have you take if you were going in for a colonoscopy. Cleans that colon right out.
