1.23 is not that bad ... the euro is actually losing$$ if they have a US check to cash .
Last I checked today bankrate was at 1.21 :disgust |
Not bad at all...not like a year ago :(
I hope it goes down a bit further. I miss the 1.5 days

I prefer it down for many reasons.
Yeah thats not too much to be excited about. I'd like at least 1.4
Nice to see it up a bit, means a bit more money to burn a hole in my pocket
Hey, it could be like the Dominican Peso. Last year, it was like 55 to the dollar. Now it's around 26
good soon i can go gamble in windsor again :)
Shit... a $1000 US is only worth 528 UK Pounds :-(
OK.. Positive hat - it's time to buy some cheap US real estate :-) |

And that's just this last year :( It's not as far down as it was late november, but still nothing to write home about. Sucks having a currency devaluate by close to 20% in the span of half a year. I'd be happy if the USD just fucking stood still for a little while so people could adjust with how weak its been lately. Sick of watching a currency conversion charts that look like a cardiograph. :2 cents: |

Tho.. At a rate of .52 cents to the UK Pound it makes property cheap in the US or in countries that value real estate in dollars. And... it could buy a bundle of these nice cigars they make around Tampa :-) |
it was better last week
1.23 is not that bad at all.
Right on, now hopefully it'll keep on falling :)
A low Canadian dollar is good for companies like Platinumbucks, though, who have to pay out in USD... although I suppose it evens out since they collect membership fees in $US as well. *scratches head*
Is that right? |
Nice to see it bounce back up again :thumbsup Too bad still not 1.5 yet :(
I hope it keeps dropping and gets back to the 1.47 days that I loved so much
