I think I have a serious problem with agoraphobia..

Even when I had a 9 to 5, I've always had problems dealing with people. Big groups, small groups, driving in traffic, going to Wal-Mart etc. - especially if I'm 'hanging" out with people I don't know...

Online it's different though for some odd reason. Very much a people-person online.

Anyone else have the same issues? Is it just something prevelant with individuals that are self employed?

I'm kinda like that, until I forced myself to go out and make the most of it...got a bit comfortable...then started to like it instead of dreading it..

Yeah, I am agoraphobic too. I hate leaving the house :Oh crap Even before I worked at home... I have social issues I guess. :( I consider myself antisocial but I do talk a lot online... I dunno. I'm bipolar to say the least hehehe

Going outside greatly increases your chances of meeting stupid people, of course, the same is true of posting on GFY, so I guess we're fucked either way. :(

My theory is, that once I step out of the house... I'm surrounded by idiots. Two types of people irritate me the most though, and thats the cashiers at Walmart, and anybody working at a drive thru window. Both types are the most stupidest motherfuckers on the earth.

Oh and the people working at CompUSA are pretty fuckin stupid also.

If you start to feel that it's an issue for you. Look into some good cognitive therapy in your area.
