the pornpays.com one has to be a purchase, i dont see how that could violate the xpays mark or cause any confusion.

don't you know anything that ends in "pays.com" Evan thinks is infringing on his domain "xpays".

I have seen him make a big stink about anything that ends in "xpays" , like maxpays but pornpays is insaine.

Acuired porbably means = we threatened to sue and instead of a legal battle they *decided* to sell to us at a cheap price.
