Some dude had a car accident, he got mad and started smashing his car with a baseball bat. A minute later he got out of the car and started running towards the two cops approaching him.

Can you guess what the cops did? They just turned their backs and started running away :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

In any normal country like South Afica or US of A this guy would've been shot 46 times by the cops ;)

They don't. Only SDF and the japanese version of SWAT (the name of which escapes me atm) can, I believe.
