I just discussed with my partner and we agreed that we will never show porn action on our paysites which include "rape fantasies". This sounds very logical, but if you look around what is in the market, you will see a lot of this. Lots of blowjobs and stuff where girls begging to stop. You have every right to not promote it and others have every right to make and or promote it.

There is very few things at all in porn that are all that normal in regular day to day sex. Everything from straight anal sex, to going from anal directly to vaginal, to facial cum shots are not what most would deam as "normal sex".
