We are looking around for a new website and service monitoring service, either software based or provider based. What solutions are people using to make sure their business is staying online? Cost isn't much of an issue, obviously the more cost effective the better.

Any suggestions?

We use Nagios:

Yep checked out Nagois, looks pretty good, will take a closer look.

Set nagios up off site though. But yes nagios is great software.
