Get rid of a sponsor??
 

What's up everybody?? I am a newbie and I am just starting to learn how to make decent galleries. I posted a gallery the other day and am getting a 1:400 ctr. That's pretty good for me considering my other galleries usually got like 1:1000. Anyways, over the last couple days I have a total of about 200 clicks to my sponsor. Out of those clicks not one person has signed up. I am just wondering if this is normal or if i should ditch the sponsor. It seems pretty low to me. Any information on this subject would be helpful. Thanks.

It depends on where you're traffic's coming from, Is it target traffic, SE, TGP, HUN..?

This all needs to be considered..
sometimes stats are delayed too??

Ride it out & see what happens..i got a few sponsors that sell after 50 clicks..some less, some I've sent 2000+ clicks without a sale.there's no set formula..just keep working it & you'll see what works for you & what don't

Well, there are many things to consider.

Do your galleries suck?
Does your sponsor suck?
Do you suck? - just kidding. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif

Seriously, sometimes you can get 3,4, maybe up to 500 with no signups, then all of a sudden you'll get 3 signups. It takes time to figure out why. Was is it a text link? Was it a certain girl? Was it a banner? All of that you will just figure out in time.

There is one sponsor (that I know of) that will display there ratios online for the webmasters to see, SoulCash. Right now they are converting 1:210 with BraveGirls, so maybe you don't need to ditch a sponsor so soon, but trying another sponsor in the meantime is a must.

You should always have 2 or 3 different sponsors.

Thanks for the info. It's all TGP traffic from AL4A. The site is bangbus. Im using one of their new banners. I figure everyone on the TGP's have already seen bangbus and I should try out something new. I've already tried a few other sponsors, it won't hurt to try out more. How has everyone else been doing with oxcash?

You really need to send 8 to 10k for 30 days before you can truely say that a sponsor sucks. That's my $0.02c... at least, it's not going to cut it by sending 1k for 7 days.

Well if you read the OxCash news or BBS, you'd know their servers are overloaded and they're currently trying to do a massive upgrade. In the meantime, signups are down...

Plus...it depends on so much different variables. You should keep tryin' them (along w/ others) for a while before you decide if they suck or not. Try different gallery designes, different content, etc.
