who the fuck is selling my addy!
 

lately i've been getting tons and tons of snail-mail spam and i am starting to wonder if certain sponsors are selling my address to other companies? Is there any way to find out who's selling my info?!

This is what we do, every time we sign up for a sponsor, we use a different address.

Lets say you live at 555 suburb lane

When you sign up for a sponsor, leave your address as 555 suburb lane, suite A

when you sign up for another sponsor, change the suite letter to suite B, etc.
Doesn't matter what the suite #/letter is as long as the actual address is right.
Keep a running tab in a text file to remember what address you used for what sponsor.

Next time you get snail mail spam, with a suite #/letter in it, pull up your text file and go find out who sold away your address http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/biggrin.gif

Same thing if you work out of an office, if your office address is 555 Suburb Lane Suite 314, just change it to Suite 314A, 314B etc.

I like the ones that send along a prepaid return envelope, to help make it more convenient for you to buy their shit. I take all their fucking junk, stuff it all into their own prepaid return envelope, and mail the shit right back to 'em.

probably avn if you go to the shows. i've put some fake names and have gotten junk mail from it. i'd recommend getting a post office box. so, your mailman doesnt think you are some freak even if you are
