Thanks for the props Mike. BTW this was an unbiased article I wrote. As is all my articles. Mike had no clue I tested his traffic nor did he have a clue I was writing this article today. :thumbsup |

good read, and I do agree that traffic traffic is not all entirely great for your site, look at the hun, he trades with no one, and by far he has the best tgp traffic.

so where's the how to build traffic that stays long?
you only really devolged common sence when buying traffic... the only reason the big guys don't need to buy is the fact they've been around for a long time and they are a household name among alot of people - word of mouth is the best advertising. bigger players still buy traffic and still trade, some don't so much buy as aquire traffic from other sources they own that produces traffic for them. your post might have been better as a common sence guide to traffic rather then the how to on long term traffic... i would however be interested in an indepth post regarding your thoughts on long term traffic rather then basic common sence. sorry if it sounds like harsh critisim, trying to be more constructive then demeaning. interested to see future blogs. |

The advice on how to maximize income from bought traffic from the sources mentioned is good, but like a couple of others I'm not sure how it relates to the title of the post.
And your premise that the "big guys" don't trade traffic is wildly off the mark. If not the "Top 10", these guys are certainly up there - xnxx, thehun, freeones, pichunter, madthumbs, worldsex, sleazydream, free6, sublimedirectory, gigagalleries - and the last time I checked, all but one does trade traffic. I could extend that list to 30 or 40 of the biggest TGP's and still only find 2 or 3 which don't trade. The common factor shared by almost all the biggest sites is actually longevity. Bulk traffic buying has helped at least some of the few newer sites make it to the top. |
Thanks for sharing
