Javascript on paysite tours?
 

Have noticed lots of tours that use javascript to show a sample image or a trailer. Anybody knows how many % of the surfers actually have disabled javascript? I've heard that it is over 10%...

I'd never promote a tour with Javascript or Flash, you are loosing a % of your potential income. !

Yeah, this was what I meant... Flash can be good if it's just an extra bonus, not crucial for the tour.

I can't remember offhand which of the stats sites I used, but I checked this last week and the ratio of non-javascript visitors has been steady at around 10% for a long time now.

And by relying on javascript you could loose 10% of your sales... Something to think about. Use the <noscript> </noscript> tags :2 cents:

Average at my sites:

Javascript enable: 97,79%

10% seems high to me.
