Epassporte Details? Thinking of Singing up

Seems like a great way to get paid. What fees are involved? Any percentage based deductions? It seems like only a small withrdrawl fee and the rest is paid on the front end by the "payor". This right?

I don't care about the visa at all. I just want to withdraw to my bank account once it's there.

i was about to say "go to their site and read about it", but they have no info about their fees on there

basically, i am not quite sure exactly what their fees are, but i do remember them being really high....
oh, i know

when you reload the account, there is a $5 fee per $100
when you send and recieve money there is a $.25 fee for the first transaction, then $1 per transaction after that

i swear there are more fees though....

It's .25 for the first 4 transactions a day, then $1 after.. or osmething like that. I believe loading fee's are 5-10% [not sure]. But you can upgrade your account and you get certain privellges with this.

Yeah I'm not too concerned with loading fees as I'll be using it to recieve what I would normally get paid over wire. Looking to save on the bank fees.

wire option? what do u mean? i can wire to my epass account??

ravo 04-10-2005 06:39 AM

You can transfer up to $300 (per day, I think) for a $2 fee into any US bank account.

Dusen 04-10-2005 06:41 AM

$300/day? That's not very useful for my situation - Mabye I should just write them :winkwink:

I am able to get $400 daily with the account I have. I am sure that isnt much help to you either. I would write to see what was involved to getting the daily limit increased. I know that was a question asked here several times.

Tip: to find information about epassporte, I use google. Seriously.

"site:www.epassporte.com fees"

https://www.epassporte.com/secure/jsp/Fees.jsp

Doesn't say anything about fees for withdrawing to a USA bank account though...
