Why do you voluntarily surrender to Muslims so they will be the majority religion in your country? No flaming, just interested and curious.

Dont think there is many people on this board that goes to church! lol

Some people go because they fear God and what will happen to them if they DON'T go. The fear spending all eternity in hell fire and brimstone.

Others go because they need that faith... maybe to feel that they are not alone in this world and life means something. Some people just need to believe in something to get them through.

Some feel guilty for some shit they have done and go there for forgiveness. As if they can repent and it cancels it all out and they get a "do over" and it's all OK.

And then the really dumb and brain washed ones go because they honestly think they will be rewarded in the after life in a magical place called "Heaven" where they will get to be with all their dead friends, family and pets again for all blissful eternity.

I personally don't go to Church or believe in organized religion. A man/woman can find spirituality anywhere and does not need a building filled with knuckle heads (asking you for money) to get it.

Dont know what church you have been going to but our local church actually gives me a huge plate full of money each Sunday :)

They pass it around the people in front of and, next to me then give me the cash which i put in my pocket.

The best thing is, after i take it all, they keep on passing it around so that when i go next week the plate is full again :thumbsup

I stopped going to church when I was about 14, these days churches aren?t used to pray or anything instead they are a social club where you go to meet up with other single people. I don?t agree with some of the things the church practices and when the bible has been translated and rewritten so many times by people who probably have an agenda so I just live by karma and that as long as I don?t murder or rape anyone its all good :thumbsup

2. God? Church? Religion? I tell you what I dont know but it all started somewhere. Even if evolutionists could explain our human history where did the material that made the material come from? Evolution has to start somewhere and for it to start somewhere it has to exist, if you understand what I am saying.

I don't have problems going to church. People should do what they think is good. However, just some other clown at my door, saying I SHOULD GO as well. I don't like the fact many "believers" are trying to convince people to believe in god as well.

Also saw on the news the guy named "law" from the USA, who abused CHILDREN, is now in Rome, and even preparing a big convention,and he will be the speaker. As long as the church allow that, and say that condoms are BAD, how can they be taken serious?

I'm not saying they are morons. I'm just curious, what keep them coming

Science is a religion as well. There is nothing that can explain where man comes from. Nothing. Everything is the product of something. Something can not be the product of nothing. No theory,science or religion can really explain how the world started. Simply because our logic can not comprehend it. Therefore every investment of time could be considered as a waste of time imho...
