WEG Cash Disappearing Sales
Anyone else using WEG Cash noticed that they've made sales and then after a little while those sales disappear from the stats?
A few months ago we started monitoring our stats for the larger sponsors on a daily basis and there are 2 sales that we've picked up with WEG recently where they existed on the day after they were made and have since disappeared... a bit odd it seems We've sent them a support email and received a moronic reply saying that the stats reset at the end of each period :1orglaugh If someone from WEG is reading this: The site is Freak Show Cocks, and the dates when sales have gone missing are 27th march and 9th april. |
interesting, got screen shots or anything?

no sorry, have only been checking/recording for business reasons (not to expose cheaters)

Are you promoting an active program or per signup? For example, Join4Free Classic program is paid per active versus per signup.

Just curious if this is what you consider proper buisness communications, because if you ask me it shows a complete lack of buisness skills on your behalf. |
How ironic that weg in Dutch means gone.
Hahaha. |

To be fair here im not a support person , but i was suprised to hear you say that so many people have this problem ( not realising the stats reset ) I kind of would have thought the same thing if i had emailed you about vanishing sales and you sent back an email saying "stats reset every week" I dont think it deserves "moronic" i simply would have emailed back and said " obviously i know the stats reste every week :) but this was in the middle of a pay period " |

Reason for calling your reply moronic: Replying to what could very well be a serious issue with a one line email which basically dismisses our question is useless and in my opinion moronic. Perhaps you could have explained that you have many people ask about that and hence you need to raise the simplest explanation as a possibility... and then gone on to outline other things such as putting in a request to your tech team. No confusion about sites, had the other sale logged as well. I wouldn't consider gfy to be proper business communications, though if you manage to sift through all the garbage sometimes you can find some really nice pieces of information. This thread was trying to get the information from others that may have experienced the same issue which I was seeking from you though only received a one line response. |

I have added you to my icq, so when you are online, lets go over all possible causes. Sounds as though we have a good, prosperous relationship between us, lets keep it that way. Emails and chat forums can at times, lead to misinterpretations and miscommunications. Thanks, Cory. |
