I made an off-handed comment on this form and lo and behold I get an email and later a phone call with an an offer to fly to another country and film beastiality stuff.

Without getting into a moral debate...
What is the legality of filming this stuff?

I'm aware of American sex tourism laws. I was wonderng if there is a Canadienne equivalent that says "film a woman with a horse in Botswana" go to jail.

I would think it depends a lot on your citizenship and where you're doing the filming.

Actually beastality was just recently banned in the NL too, a very recent change. Not sure where it's legal anymore. I'm no lawyer, but I don't think you can go to jail for flying to another country to shoot something that is considered illegal in your own country, unless it's CP. I don't think it's anymore illegal than flying to Amsterdam to smoke dope :)
