When was the last time you pulled an all nighter?

When was the last time you pulled an all nighter and still worked the next day?

Working all night then sleeping all day doesn't count.

It's been about a year for for me.

the night before last... but that wasn't from working. My gf was in the hospital and is now home but I'm still taking care of her.

Tala 04-14-2005 10:06 AM

Shows you how long it's been for me, I thought you were talking about working all night. :helpme

JFK 04-14-2005 10:07 AM

Screaming 04-14-2005 10:08 AM

Just take a camera & call it work

OG LennyT 04-14-2005 10:38 AM

used to do it all the time but found I dont think clearly the next day. Always get sleep now...

Yo Adrian 04-14-2005 11:24 AM

I got over 9 hours of sleep last night, I'm thinking about pulling an all nighter tonight to catch up on some pressing projects I have

mortenb 04-14-2005 11:31 AM

I do it at least once every week

I work better in the middle of the night when there are no distractions, but I still have to stay up the next day for my meetings and stuff..

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 04-14-2005 11:34 AM

I was up for 32 hours straight prepping a site launch the other day while crunching a MGP template for another client.

Sly 04-14-2005 11:50 AM

Doing all nighters are pointless for me. I doze off for a couple minutes every now and then, become real out of whack, etc. I work better with a couple hours of sleep and plenty of energy.

BoNgHiTtA 04-14-2005 12:02 PM

Almost had to last night but avoided it. Probably a few months.

Its easy to work all night, then drink a cup of coffee and go all the next day. Usually though im crashing at 6:00pm and wont be back up till the next morning. It fucks with you, but you get used to it if you need too.

Tanker 04-14-2005 12:18 PM

we pull them regularly here

Sosa 04-14-2005 12:20 PM

I can't do that anymore, I don't have the attention span to sit there and work on a project all night. I can usually go a few hours but then I need a break and do something else.

Seriously though, that's amazing.. your program looks solid, no doubt countless hours went into it.

How much sleep do you usually need to get started again after an all nighter?
