It kind of amazes me though that webmasters that are used to selling are so easy to sucker in on cheap tricks like stacks of cash and expencive cars, you'd think we would know better ?

A lot of the programs i've pushed in my time have hardly had a webmaster page, some actually only had the ccbill signup form and those programs did great for me, unlike many of the flashy tour programs :2 cents:

Yes i do cuz when i get design work done i make sure its original i always check free templates stores to see whats out there and make sure someone doesnt try to push one on me.

I dont care much about sponsor designs, but if you're using premade templates ... you need to reconcider.

I'm actually only using elements from a template.. Wish i could find the original so you could see the difference, but guess when you need to you never can *lol*

And why reconcider ? Imo. it stands out a bit from the other programs and thats what i intended... Hirring a designer that made it look like all the others wouldn't give me more of a program..

No offence, but using a webtemplate and designing it yourself tells webmasters you're not making enough money to have it done properly whether or not thats the actual case.. if you can't afford it than why should they use the same sites you are? It also shows you could take the same non exclusive attention to the sites. After all, if you're not putting the hard sell on the webmasters can they trust you to put the hard sell on your surfers?

I know how it was back in the day, but seriously, i'd lose the attitude on the folks who are paying attention to the messages they're sending affiliates.
I know it's de rigour to have all that stuff but there are tangible reasons why it is so. You won't see Marc De hand reworking a template just cause everyone else is going flash.

Anyways the sites not bad, i just wouldn't be boasting you had to do it yourself and poking fun at the guys who got people who knew what they were doing.

I really don't care if the sponsor program's site is made from a template or not. As long as they don't have cookie cutter sites and they're good, I'd sign up.
