Epassporte
 

I started having a problem with Epassporte two weeks ago. At first, Epassporte tried to blame it on my bank. My bank has since proven that it's not on their end.

Two weeks worth of trouble, 5 calls to support, 3 support tickets, 2 emails to Kimmy Kim, 1 post asking for further help maybe on ICQ. Still nothing.

The total lack of resolution is becoming very frustrating. :mad:

Don't get me wrong, I've been using Epass for a few months now and I'd still rate it an excellent service. Something funny has happened to my account and they don't seem to be able to resolve it.

I would still recommend Epassporte to you, or anyone. I'm just frustrated that I'm having this problem, not hating on the program.

Epassporte kicks ass for me.
