Who designs the best Tgp Sites (Productivity Wise)???

If you are using comus and want to max it out hire them to optimize the program. Better quality thumbs will always give you more retention as will proper management of traffic trades.

Too funny. outsource designs suck, and even if they didn't, they have ZERO clue how to run a tgp or how to design one with productivity in mind. They usually post gallery samples in threads asking for tgp designs anyway. that speaks volumes.

In fact, there's only 2 or 3 designers around here that do have a clue about tgp's.

unless you're planning to make thumbs yourself, I'd suggest you to reconsider that statement :2 cents:

since thumbs play a huge role in your sites prod, you better do them yourself
I know a few guys who are trading with one hand tied behind their back, because their thumbs are weak
