Need a cheap dedicated server fairly quickly
 

Hey while I am still waiting for Webair and ServerProvider to get back to me, anyone else got any server deals they can do me ...

What I need is

p4
512mb ram at least
80 gig hdd
either 5mbs of 1200gig/mo
around 20 ips
Cpannel or something that will allow me to handle subaccounts for ppl on the server etc.
Decent network stability/support. Ok I know I dont need tier 1 BW, but atleast something more stable than some of the crap out there.

Fully managed.

Whats your prices / deals if any? I am trying to get as much as I can for under $200.

You want all that for under $200? The 20 IPs alone will run you $20 with most companies, add C-Panel for another $50... there's $70 and you haven't included hardware, bandwidth, or support yet.

Yeah i have around 10 servers with various companies and I am not after tier1 BW or anything amazing. Hell i can get this server without any price negotiation with serverprovider and a few others.

Hosting isn't that expensive anymore. ;)

Any host that will give you all you are asking for, for under 200. bucks is destin to fail and be another bankrupt company. :2 cents: But I am sure you can find a few deals like that still around since ther are many over leveraged and over comitted wannabie hosts out there that are willing to give stuff away below their costs just to cut their losses while they are on their way out... :2 cents:

It depends on licensing. So yes, you're right. Many providers can give you C-Panel license for varying amounts

I guess I'll rephrase. We charge $50 for C-Panel, we do offer Direct Admin for free... though many of our clients opt for no control panel at all.

who said anything about maintain & support it?...unless its managed..

Btw for $200 you will never find a REAL provider that will offer you a totally and really managed server...
