I find green tea keeps me alert and level better than coffee. With coffee you get the hit but then crash afterwards... I find that tea doesn't have that rapid cycle, with green tea being the most 'stable'.
That's just me though. YMMV. |

If it's a true medical condition, ask your doctor about Modafinal, sold under the Alertec name in Canada. Won't give you a high, but can help tremendously with CFS. (Chronic fatique syndrome). Sold on-label for narcolepsy, but used off-label for many sleep related disorders.
