pornguy 04-25-2005 08:13 PM

I use the calander in outlook. It has the reminders of dates and thing that pop up at a specific time. Helps me out a lot.

sickkittens 04-25-2005 08:13 PM

Sometimes. Not that I forget but sometimes it makes things easier.

tony286 04-25-2005 08:14 PM

dalila 04-25-2005 08:22 PM

Sometimes. When I don't sleep enough I start forgetting things.. often write different stuff on papers and normally have tons of these notes around my comp

Dude I started writing a to-do list in 1997 and I still haven't finished it. It's some kind of never-ending story about trannies now.

wtfent 04-25-2005 08:32 PM

I thought everyone would. How can you get stuff done without one?

Babagirls 04-25-2005 08:33 PM

DAILY!

I live by my To Do lists ...i have an Online and Offline one LOL

ratemysize 04-25-2005 08:35 PM

I open notepad, write 1 line of text and save to desktop as to-do.txt

Any better proggy for this? lol..

swedguy 04-25-2005 08:38 PM

I used to use DevPlanner, it was awsome to keep track of projects and todo's within those projects. But after a while it became too annoying to update, edit and add small things so I went back to my old pen and paper way.
Nothing beats an old pen and paper system.

Steen2 04-25-2005 08:43 PM

I really need to...

I think a daily TDL and a long term (monthly?) TDL...
:)

I would be so pimp with it.

That's after I get organized :D

swedguy 04-25-2005 08:47 PM

That's kinda what I have.

1 list with all current things and 1 pad with a new paper for each project. Once you get to a new project, add it to the current list. If something new comes up that you have forgot, just add it the current list.

I am very forgetful. I can think of one thing and then I look up from the screen and I've forgot it :1orglaugh so that helps me to keep track of everything and not forget about it.

I also have 1 really tiny book that almost always have with me. Sometimes I come up with great ideas when I'm out and about, then it's just to write it down the little book. That way I will never forget any ideas that comes up :)

Tuna 04-25-2005 09:20 PM

I do, but it seems the list just keeps growing no matter how much work i get done.

Jay_StandAhead 04-25-2005 09:21 PM

I used to keep many different pads with tons of todos.

Now I use the "tasks" in outlook 2003 - BEST THING EVER!

Fukeneh 04-25-2005 09:26 PM

i always use "to-do" lists. try to write one every night before i go to bed.

adamneve 04-25-2005 09:26 PM

i have a to do list on my door so i can check it out before i get out of the house

Screaming 04-25-2005 09:27 PM

ohh man i have list for all kinds of stuff, i have way to much to remember so i keep list to help me

xiando 04-25-2005 09:41 PM

My life is one thing on the TODO list after another.

But it's not things 'to-do'. It's just challenges. Be positive.

evilmaster 04-25-2005 09:46 PM

Sometimes..

Wiggles 04-25-2005 09:55 PM

sometimes i do, but never complete them anyway, so kinda useless.

reynold 04-26-2005 04:22 AM

it is not that i have a short term memory but it helps a lot writing everything down. don't trust the capacity of your mind.

Rui 04-26-2005 04:24 AM

I would be seriously fucked without some time-managment and to-do lists... :S

tradermcduck 04-26-2005 04:27 AM

From my point of view writing to-do lists is a key to success :)

Repetitive Monkey 04-26-2005 05:17 AM

I find to-do lists very helpful if I have to finish a larger project that I am not burning for. You get a better sense of satisfaction and progression from crossing things off of it.

Herb Kornfield 04-26-2005 05:19 AM

Outlook 2003 - tasks and calander, plus I have activesync for my palm pilot that can sync anything I add when not at the puter to my online lists.

My productivity has increased ( as well the cash flow now that I have a strong handle on things)

My time management has allowed for real life away for the computer to happen more often and less playing catch up on the things that you forgot.

Outlook 2003 Kicks ass!
