Thank You: Canadians, Polish, Brittains and Americans
For the lives and hard effort your courageous people gave liberating The Netherlands from Hitlers troops.
I also like to remember the brave people of the Dutch resistance, whos lives were in danger during the whole fascist occupation, that many of them didn't live to see it come to an end. And let us not forget the millions of jews who has been slaughtered in the concentration camps. As well as the many gipsy's and gays. Today, the 4th of may, is remembrance day here in the Netherlands. The day we remember -and take a moment to think about- the precious people who gave their lives in the struggle for freedom. Thank you all. |
You're welcome.
